Patton is the Founder of PMA Nonprofit Leadership, a consulting firm helping talented individuals excel in nonprofit leadership. He serves as Director of the Institute for Philanthropic Leadership and facilitates its two signature programs: Leadership Gift School and Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy. Patton hosts the podcast Your Path to Nonprofit Leadership and is the author of a book with the same title. He leads the Mastermind Leadership Development Program, a signature coaching initiative designed to develop nonprofit leaders across the country.
