Shahin Farshchi​

Partner at Lux Capital backing visionary founders building transformative technologies in semiconductors, rockets, satellites, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and AI, and now deploying $1.5 billion under Lux’s ninth fund focused on frontier science and defense-related innovation. I bridge deep tech and venture capital with a PhD in electrical engineering and firsthand experience turning research into products.

Grew up obsessed with cars, computers, and space. Berkeley undergrad, UCLA PhD in low-power analog circuits, founded a startup from my doctoral work, then joined Lux in 2007 to partner with exceptional teams from ideation to iconic companies.
