Rico Sanchez is from Chicago’s southwest side, specifically the Little Village community, where he has faced gang violence, police brutality, and the challenges that come with being raised in the streets of Chicago. His transformational journey began during a visitation from his four-year-old daughter while he was incarcerated. Rico did not want his daughter to grow up filled with rage due to the absence of her father. Determined to change, Rico began desperately seeking ways to break his limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns. This pivotal moment led him to discover the works of Tony Robbins, but it was also when Tony Robbins discovered Rico. Tony personally gifted Rico training in his Leadership Academy. Since then, Rico has committed himself to helping others break free from the chains of limitation and self-sabotaging behavior by unlocking their true potential. Rico has published a book called Silence the Sabotage, a workbook series that includes free video courses and weekly group coaching sessions. In addition, Rico is working on a project called The Human Rescue Mission in an effort to address and solve the homelessness epidemic in this country.
