Now, as a strategic advisor, I support companies in refining their growth strategies and optimizing key business functions—among them, Alturki Holding in Saudi Arabia. Beyond corporate leadership, I am a Board Director and major shareholder of ADA Capital Investment Group, overseeing real estate investments across the USA, Italy, and UAE. My passion for leadership and transformation extends to my work as an executive coach, where I guide senior leaders worldwide in developing high-performance, people-centric organizations. Through my book, The Transformational Executive, I share my experience and insights on conscious leadership, blending business excellence with personal fulfillment.
